Shipping - General

Shipping costs may vary based on destination and/or size of the order at the checkout.

Shipping is automatically calculated at the checkout.

Planet Coinage mainly uses Australia Post as its preferred carrier but may use other carriers on a case-by-case basis.

All shipping costs are subject to change without notice.

 

Shipping Charges - Within Australia

Shipping fees are subject to the weight, size and/or value of the items purchased and will be calculated at checkout.

From time to time, Planet Coinage may run free or discounted shipping offers. 

 

Shipping Charges - Overseas (up to 500g)

Overseas customers will be charged according to their postal zone. See below.

Zone A - New Zealand -  AUD$20.00

Zone B - Asia Pacific - AUD$27.50

Zone C - USA and Canada - AUD$31.50

Zone D - UK and Europe - AUD$37.50

Zone E - Rest of the World – AUD$50.00

Overseas deliveries may be subject to import charges and other local taxes, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Planet Coinage will not be a party to the avoidance of import taxes, charges or fees in foreign countries.

 

Delivery

Our estimated delivery time is 3 to 15 Business Days within Australia and 11 to 35 Business Days overseas.

Please note that depending on the items ordered, it may take up to 3 days for your item to dispatched, from receipt of order, subject to confirmation of payment, the item being in stock, and certain other conditions.

Due to the high number of deliveries delays can occur during Christmas and other celebratory seasons. If you feel you may be affected by seasonal/regional delivery delays, please allow additional time for your order.
